Cancellations and changes to Passo Health Travel Services services depend on certain rules.

Cancellation, change and all other requests must be made in writing to avoid any mistakes. You must make such requests via our website or through health@passotour.com.

Passo Health Travel Services will not be responsible for any changes or cancellations that our guests have made with hotels, hospitals or other companies.

We make reservations in advance for services you buy from us. Reservation cancellations are subject to availability. Sometimes we have to pay a penalty. You have to stick to the options. Otherwise you will have to pay a penalty.
